Fire Sprinkler Demo & Training Units
The best way to convince people the effectiveness of fire sprinklers against fire is to show them. That’s why the Illinois Fire Inspectors Association (IFIA) and Northern Illinois Fire Inspectors Association (NIFIA), along with the Northern Illinois Fire Sprinkler Advisory Board (NIFSAB) offer 4 fire sprinkler demonstration trailers for use by fire officials and fire safety advocates.
Use the trailers for fire sprinkler demonstrations at public events and village or fire district board meetings. Or use the valve training trailer for hands-on fire service training for each shift at the fire station.
NIFSAB will tow the trailers to the site and provide fire sprinklers and all materials for burn demos FREE OF CHARGE. And, NIFSAB will even donate funds to the IFIA for each trailer rental.
IFIA Demo & Valve Training Trailer

Training Info: 1.5-hour sessions with dry, preaction and home fire sprinkler systems. Learn how each system operates, when it has tripped, and how to shut it down and prepare it for service restoration.
